Weighing a total of 17.5 lbs (7.94 kg), it features 10 plates at 0.579 lbs each and 12 plates at 0.974 lbs each, offering versatile weight options to adjust workout intensity.
Each plate measures 95x30mm and 160x30mm, with a 12mm thickness, ensuring a snug and secure fit within the vest’s pockets. The matte black zinc-plated finish enhances durability and safety, preventing wear and corrosion even during the most demanding workouts.
